First International Congress “The Brain and the Chip” 2560 1920 enTRAIN VISION
On December 16-17, 2022, the 1st International Congress “The Brain and the Chip” will be host by the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, Spain.
This Congress is focused on the development of new visual brain prostheses that aim to help people who are blind or have residual low vision to improve their mobility and even perceive the environment around them.
The main objective is to bring together a multidisciplinary group of international researchers working in this field to review the knowledge to review the current knowledge and discuss the challenges of the future of visual brain neuroprostheses.
It is expected to be attended by researchers with expertise in ophthalmology, neurosurgery, neurology, neuroengineering,
neurosciences, electronics, biomaterials, and artificial intelligence, who will present cutting-edge research in machine vision and discuss
and challenges for the future of visual prostheses beyond the retina.
